For facial services, a clean face or light application of makeup is preferred to facilitate the best results and to avoid any product interference. Please remember to avoid any retinol treatments 48 hours prior to your facial treatment to avoid any sensitivity from product reactions.
Waxing
For wax appointments, we recommend arriving freshly showered and with minimal body products on your skin to ensure the most effective treatment. Please remember to keep retinol or retinol like products off the area being serviced at least a week prior to your appointment to avoid any lifting of the skin.
Pedicures
If you have any fungus or medical conditions affecting your feet, we respectfully request that you postpone your pedicure appointment until you are fully recovered & have seek a medical professionals opinion, as this helps maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all.
Lash Lifts
Before your appointment, avoid using any oil-based makeup removers or heavy moisturizers around your eyes, as these can interfere with the lifting process. Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes, and avoid using mascara on the day of your appointment. It's also a good idea to remove contact lenses for comfort during the service. Get ready to achieve beautifully lifted lashes.
